Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility in Columbus, OH is seeking a Case Manager to support residents navigating a minimum-security, ACA-accredited program. You will identify resident needs, develop individualized success plans, and monitor progress to reduce recidivism while aligning with facility rules and procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rehabilitation, and coordinated interventions to help residents re-enter the community successfully.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (required) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corrections, psychology, criminal justice, social work, substance use disorder treatment, or mental health field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Strong oral/written communication skills. Knowledge of community-based corrections and therapeutic alliance preferred. Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in successfully navigating and completing the CBCF program.
• Collaborate with residents to develop Individualized Success Plans and track progress.
• Provide interventions and update Success Plans to address changes and barriers to completion.
• Support rehabilitation and reintegration while ensuring adherence to rules, policies, and procedures.
