Fathers & Families Support Center in Missouri is seeking a DOJ Facilitator to administer the FFSC curriculum for fathers in the program, conduct assessments, and lead group and individual sessions while scheduling six-week cycles. The facilitator also builds relationships with participants, applies NASW ethics, and maintains an organized calendar and monthly reports to support program effectiveness.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• Competence in working with men who need direction on parenting issues.
• Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Mansioni

• Administer the FFSC curriculum to fathers in the program.
• Complete assessments for each father and facilitate group/individual sessions.
• Schedule and manage calendar for each 6-week session.
• Maintain attendance records in an electronic database.
• Assist clients with personal and professional development.
• Provide referrals to community resources as needed.
• Travel to multiple locations and/or work alternate sites.
• Attend community events and meetings as needed.
• Prepare monthly reporting on client progress.
