Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade.
• Experience preparing spreadsheets and reports used for educational or related purposes and assisting in the implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of educational programs.
• Experience conducting educational surveys, evaluating training programs, developing training materials for training courses or training programs.
• Experience providing technical support and have working knowledge of audio-visual equipment, reproduction machines, and business-related equipment.
