Job summary

Renewal, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Case Manager to guide reentrants through social services and create individualized renewal plans. You will serve as the primary contact for reentrants, assess needs, and coordinate referrals to Renewal, Inc.

programs and external agencies. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, with a Master’s preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing practices.
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, direction, and management of reentrants and their activities.
• Act as primary contact for reentrants and assist with needs assessment and renewal planning.
• Refer reentrants to Renewal, Inc. programs or outside agencies as needed.
• Assist in developing policies, maintaining records, and facilitating aftercare goals.
