Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required or equivalent.
• IRAS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mandatory training including DOC program, case management training, First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and access to programs for incarcerated individuals.
• Create case plans and assist in release and re-entry preparation.
• Document interactions and progress during incarceration.
• Coordinate with staff on re-entry and release issues.
• Prepare documentation for temporary absences and progress reports.
