The Mission

Create scroll-stopping short-form videos and thumb-catching visuals that make viewers tap “Add to Cart” before they even finish the clip.

• AED 14,000 – 20,000 / month (tax-free) + up to 10 % bonus

What You’ll Do (Glow-Up Goals)

• Concept & shoot Reels & creatives that fit Puffy’s luxe vibe
• Supercharge production with AI (Runway Gen-3, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, CapCut templates—your call)
• Stay on top of platform specs, trends, memes, and audio that slap
• Team up with Marketing to turn data insights into killer creative hooks
• A/B-test variations, dissect metrics, iterate fast for results
• Keep a tidy asset library for instant reuse & remixing
• Portfolio proving you’ve racked up views, likes, or sales on Reels/TikTok
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere / After Effects or any mobile-first editor (CapCut, VN)
• Comfort running wild with AI tools—generate, upscale, voice-clone, you name it
• Sharp eye for framing, typography, color, and hook-in-three-seconds storytelling
• Able to juggle multiple projects without ghosting the team
• D2C / e-commerce ad wins
• CRO mindset (you dream in watch-time and click-through %)
