Job summary

Schneider National is seeking professional drivers for dedicated hauling of preloaded reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores. The routes include backhauls, 100% no-touch work, and 80% drop-and-hook with 3-5 loads weekly across AR, OK and TX.

Expect mileage pay plus on‑duty hourly pay, with a first‑90‑day guaranteed weekly earnings and performance bonuses. Drivers receive paid orientation, time off after six months, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision
