Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated routes in the Midwest, hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores. This position features 100% no-touch freight, about 50% drop-and-hook, and routes across IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD.

Drivers enjoy a strong pay package including mileage pay plus hourly on duty, a weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, and a generous sign-on bonus paid over 12 months. Paid orientation and time off after six months are also offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 100 miles of Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls.
• 100% no-touch freight and about 50% drop-and-hook.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 3–4 loads per week with 1–2 stops per load.
• Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD.
