Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated drivers to haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores across multiple states with backhauls. This role features 100% no-touch freight and a mix of loading patterns designed for efficiency.

You’ll receive mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, with strong bonus opportunities, including sign-on bonuses and a 1,000-dollar weekly guarantee during your first 90 days. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A required.
• Reside within 100 miles of Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls.
• 100% touch-free freight.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 3–4 loads per week with 1–2 stops per load.
• Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD.
