RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume store in Tyler, TX. You will drive sales, coach a team, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. In-person position with opportunities for career growth and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience required.
• Experience in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, launches, cash handling, audits and policy compliance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on local events and promotions.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Build a collaborative, accountable culture focused on recognition and results.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
• Keep the team updated on products, promotions and technology changes.
• Travel within a 35-mile radius as needed; evenings/weekends/holidays availability required.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

• Must have 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.

• Must have proven success driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and using performance metrics.
• Must have strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
