Job summary

Advanced Concrete, Inc. is hiring dependable CDL drivers to operate ready-mix trucks and deliver concrete to residential and commercial sites.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, and collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries, all while maintaining a clean, professional truck. Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A acceptable).
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate current.
• A safe driving record with commitment to safety.
• Dependable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ready-mix experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to residential and commercial sites.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch, plant personnel, contractors and customers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, professional truck.
• Assist with loading, unloading and jobsite duties.
• Represent Advanced Concrete with a customer-first attitude.

What You'll Do

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Work with dispatch, plant personnel, contractors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and professional truck.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and jobsite responsibilities.
• Represent Advanced Concrete with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

What We're Looking For
