Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a proactive Community Manager to grow its Reddit and Quora presence. You will research conversations, write high-quality posts, and manage Think Academy's subreddit, building credibility with our audience.

You will track engagement, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies across communities. Excellent English writing, research skills, and the ability to work independently are essential in this fast-moving Ed-Tech space.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities.
• Excellent English writing, editing and research skills.
• Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation and engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant conversations on Reddit and Quora and user needs.
• Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value.
• Manage Think Academy's subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation.
• Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant communities.
• Track content performance and proactively identify new growth opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate emerging online communities and develop tailored engagement strategies.
