Jerry.ai is seeking a Reddit Social Media Manager in Massachusetts. You will own the brand’s Reddit presence, craft authentic engagement, and translate complex auto-financial topics into accessible, high-value posts.

You’ll drive trusted conversations and monitor reputation in automotive, finance, and consumer communities. The role emphasizes native Reddit fluency, two-plus years of community marketing, and a focus on long-term trust over quick conversions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy, with emphasis on Reddit.
• Experience in consumer tech, fintech, insurtech, or proven growth on social accounts.
• Deep understanding of Reddit karma, subreddits, automods, and rules.
• Knowledge of how Reddit content feeds into Google SGE, LLMs, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s official Reddit presence, including brand-owned subreddits and organic engagement.
• Define Jerry’s Reddit voice, knowing when to offer technical advice or post memes and when to lurk.
• Create high-effort, informative posts and guides about car ownership and insurance savings.
• Manage reputation and crisis responses to build trust and helpfulness.
• Track metrics like Karma growth, sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.
• Provide cross-functional feedback to Product and Content teams based on Reddit insights.
