Job summary

Eyes On Eyecare is seeking Optometrists for our Chico and Redding, CA locations, offering both full-time and part-time positions. You will practice full scope optometry with a supportive team while pretesting is handled by experienced staff. A valid OD license and malpractice coverage are required.

Base pay for full-time is $165k per year with a production bonus up to $20k, plus potential profit sharing up to 5% after one year. A relocation bonus is available for the right candidate.

Our multi-location practice is looking for full time and part time Optometrists for our practices in beautiful Chico, CA (about 1.5 hour from Sacramento) and Redding, CA. We have amazing, well trained staff that perform all the pretesting (NCT, A/R, VF and Optos on everyone) for you. You will be practicing in a supportive, fast paced environment with the freedom to practice full scope optometry. We also offer myopia management.
Part time opportunities are also available in both Chico and Redding, CA locations.

Compensation

• Full time pay is $165k annual salary with production bonus of up to $20,000
• In addition to this, you are eligible for profit sharing after one full year of work, which can be up to 5% of your annual salary as an additional bonus.
• A relocation bonus is also available for the right candidate!
