Job summary

Hëda in Chico, California, is seeking a full-time eye care professional to join our Costco-based practice. The candidate will provide comprehensive eye care, including myopia management, in a supportive team with pre-testing by staff.

Ideal applicants have 3–15 years away from practice and are prepared to embrace a dynamic environment with potential specialty growth. A daily production bonus and profit sharing up to 5% of annual salary are available.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has been out for 3-15 years.
• Experience in comprehensive eye care and myopia management.
• Experience with pre-testing patients and CL training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care within a corporate retail/sublease setting.
• Collaborate with staff and pre-test patients for the doctor.
• Assist with CL training and stay updated on equipment like Optos and slitlamp.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS:

Ideal candidate has been out for 3-15 years.

I want them to care about patients, ok to cyclo children, and be open to myopia management and comprehensive eye care. We are inside the Chico Costco, 2 exam lanes, truly amazing staff who pre-test patients for the doctor, does CL training. We do require Optos on everyone and we are getting a firefly slitlamp within a few weeks!

We can talk about bringing in specialty if candidate wants to and more but we can also just stay with comprehensive general eye care. Candidate will also receive a daily production bonus on top of the base salary PLUS profit sharing up to 5% of annual salary!
