Schedule can be built around the right candidate; 3–4 days/week preferred, full-time possible, with strong earning potential including hourly pay, production bonuses, and an annual range of $160K–$200K+.

Typical patient load is 16–22/day, with technologies like Optos and OCT used in exams.
