Job summary

Tufts Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Data Manager I to support data management for investigator-initiated multisite trials. You will design, build, and test REDCap EDC systems, write data management plans, and ensure data quality in compliance with GCP and FDA requirements.

You will work with investigators, senior data managers, and biostatisticians to produce analysis-ready datasets. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and timely data delivery in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, public health, epidemiology, or related field.
• Experience with REDCap and/or other EDC systems.
• Familiarity with GCP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains electronic data capture tools and data management plans.
• Communicates data queries and resolutions with trial sites.
• Leads daily data activities for assigned studies and supports data cleaning.
• Generates data quality reports and assists with analysis-ready datasets.
• Mentors junior staff and contributes to process improvements.
