All Native Group is seeking a full-time Special Skills Tactics Instructor for the Room Entry Defensive Tactics (RED-T) Program in Blackstone, VA. The instructor will be a subject matter expert in defensive non-lethal force tactics, working closely with law enforcement and military.

Position entails planning, conducting training, and ensuring effectiveness of diverse methods. Candidates should possess experience along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of instructor experience required.
• Five years of hard-skills tactics experience.
• Completion of a recognized instructor development training course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides instruction in varied conditions.
• Maintains liaison with law enforcement and military organizations.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and trainee feedback.
