POSITION SUMMARY

Food Production Associates efficiently produce various food of the highest quality on a schedule to satisfy our customers’ needs. This position performs food service functions, including but not limited to preparing and serving food according to Company standards and guidelines. Food Production Associates are responsible for maintaining County/State/Federal health codes, customer satisfaction, and accurate work results that are noticeable by the customer (i.e., food quality, wholesomeness, presentation, merchandising, portion control and maintenance of departmental food standards).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare foods from scratch using appropriate recipes
• Utilize ingredients and supplies effectively to minimize waste
• Wash and sanitize utensils, preparation equipment, and machines required for donut production
• Adhere to the posted work schedule, unless a schedule change is arranged with the General Manager
• Show flexibility to cover shifts as needed
• Operate all equipment and devices safely and according to guidelines
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of the company
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety codes
• Keep work and service area safe, sanitary, and orderly
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned
