Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise OpenShift platforms across on‑prem and cloud. The role emphasises OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, and CI/CD expertise.

The candidate will design clusters, automate provisioning, configure networking, storage, security, and multi-tenant environments, and mentor junior engineers while building robust pipelines with Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of container platform experience, including 3+ years with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, and container networking.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Bash, Python, or Go scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Experience Required: 6+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), GitOps, and regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, SOC 2).
