Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques compliant with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
