Job summary

The Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative in Forest Grove, OR seeks a Material Handler to sort, count, and move beverage containers using pallet jacks and equipment. You will record counts, help maintain clean operations, and support loading and unloading activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or production preferred.
• Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and OBRC policies including PPE.
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment for safety.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jack and tote stacker.
• Load/unload trailers with totes and pallets as needed.
• Move racks and unload/load bags of containers.
• Data entry and processing of container counts.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot Redemption Center tools.
• Escalate repair issues when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
