Job summary

Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative in Salem, OR is seeking a Part-Time Material Handler to sort, count and move empty beverage containers for recycling. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and OBRC policies.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jack and tote stacker.
• Load/unload trailers with totes, pallets, and other items as needed.
• Sort, count and process beverage containers for recycling.
• Record container counts accurately and maintain data entry requirements.
• Identify and report maintenance issues; maintain a clean, organized work area.
