Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a Recycling Specialist in Naples, FL. You will identify, separate, and recover recyclable materials, helping our operations run safely and efficiently while protecting the environment.

You will work with cardboard, paper, plastics, metals, and glass, maintain clean work areas, follow safety rules, and support teammates as needed. Training is provided, and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Attention to detail and ability to identify recyclable materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in recycling, warehouse, manufacturing, construction or labor is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Sort recyclable materials such as cardboard, paper, plastics, metals and glass from the stream.
• Inspect materials and remove contaminants to ensure high-quality recycled products.
• Safely operate around conveyors and equipment while following safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and free of hazards.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Wear required PPE and promote a culture of safety.
• Follow company policies and environmental regulations.
• Help teammates and support other operational needs as directed.

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety help protect the environment and keep valuable materials in circulation.## ## What You'll Do * Sort recyclable materials such as cardboard, paper, plastics, metals, and glass from the recycling stream.* Inspect materials and remove contaminants to help ensure high-quality recycled products.* Safely operate around conveyor systems and recycling equipment while following all company safety procedures.* Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.* Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote a culture of safety.* Follow all company policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.* At Coastal, we win as a team.
