Job summary

Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers / Sorters for a large recycling and processing plant in Madison, WI. No diploma or experience needed; selection is based on a realistic job preview and criteria. Earn $16.00-$16.40 per hour plus a weekly performance bonus, with potential annual earnings around $45k-$49k.

We offer health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, PPE, an employee lunchroom, and weekly pay. Multiple shifts available: 1st shift 4am-2pm and 2nd shift 3pm-2am.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation or access to bus lines; carpooling encouraged.
