This entry-level role does not require a resume, and growth is possible as we promote from within. You will join a safety-focused team and support efficient material sorting across multiple shifts.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $17.45–$18.00 and benefits after 60 days, plus PPE and a supportive work environment that values reliability and detail-oriented performance.

Qualifications

• No diploma or prior experience required; emphasis on reliability and safety.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the full shift.
• Consent to a background check and a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to work; bus line access and carpooling encouraged.
