Leadpoint is seeking General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at our Chester, VA facility. The role requires attention to detail and safety, with no resume required. Earn $14.00 an hour with overtime potential and full-time day shift from 5 am to 3 pm.

Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance after 90 days, PPE provided, lunchroom access, sick time after 90 days, and weekly pay. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift 25 pounds, and consent to background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for the full shift.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screening.
• Have reliable transportation or access to bus/ride-share options.
• Warehouse/general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclables at a large processing plant.
• Work 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on 1st shift.
• Follow safety guidelines and directions to ensure efficient workflow.
• Overtime may be available.
