Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring General Laborers / Sorters for a large recycling and processing plant in Chesapeake, VA. No diploma or experience needed. The role sorts recyclables, follows directions and works on an AM shift from 5:45am to 4:40pm, Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays, earning $12.77 per hour.

General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level – We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Chesapeake, VA.
Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.
This position does not require a resume, a candidate's ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Required
Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required. We need reliable, detail and safety-oriented Sorters who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or older
• Can lift up to 25 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift.
