Melwood in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler to support recycling collection and transport operations. The role combines driving (20%) with warehousing (80%), requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a government background check and DOT physical.

Core hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Starting pay is $23.57 per hour.

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the recycling field preferred.
• Must be able to meet contract security requirements.

Mansioni

• Collect, sort, and process recyclables.
• Load and unload trucks and other transportation devices.
• Follow base rules for vehicle operation and material transport.
• Drive assigned route and collect materials.
• Maintain mileage and collection information per contract.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections of truck and safety equipment.
• Report accidents or damage through proper channels.
• Adhere to fire and safety precautions and proper equipment use.
• Other duties as assigned.
