Job summary

CLP Circular Services is seeking a Driver B in Austin, TX for full-time manual labor. You will operate a FEL/Roll Off truck on assigned routes, loading and unloading recyclables and delivering to designated facilities, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires CDL, DOT medical card, and strong communication with customers and dispatch. Benefits include vacation time, 401k matching, EAP, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other drivers.
• Strong driving skills and safe operation of Class A or B vehicles.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Basic use of tablets and applications for job documentation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must meet all Federal & State DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Front-End Load (FEL)/Roll Off truck and equipment on assigned routes with excellent customer service.
• Deliver recyclables to designated facilities.
• Load recyclables using FEL/Roll Off for 2–8 yard containers.
• Safe operation of loading arms and awareness of overhead clearance.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and document the vehicle status.
• Maintain radio communication with dispatcher for changes in deliveries or pickups.
• Adhere to safety meetings and policies; maintain CDL and DOT medical card.
