Qualifications

• 2+ years forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate recycling equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality materials that meet customer requirements.
• Follow all SOCs and Work Package Instructions.
• Communicate and review work-in-process status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers as required.
• Report decisions, problems, and questions to management in a timely manner.
• Safely operate a forklift and follow material-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 7S expectations.
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks assigned.
• Follow all Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
