Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. is seeking an on-site Technician/Machine Operator for our Pennsylvania recycling operation.

The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a base pay of $19.00/hr plus $3.00 shift differential, with a weekend schedule and back-to-back shifts. Within the first year, employees can earn an additional $2.00 per hour through our tier advancement program, with duties including unloading/loading trailers, operating machines that breakdown waste, and cleaning

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Operate large precision shop machinery.
• Strong aptitude in problem solving and process improvement.
• Demonstrate the ability to articulate problems and solutions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Must be willing to consent to drug screening and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Unload/load trailers.
• Operate machines that breakdown waste and clean containers.
• Calibrate probes and monitor pH of processed waste.
• Read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Clear jams and clean the machine daily with maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance/condition and notify maintenance of issues.
• Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations and Triumvirate's Health and Safety Practices.
• Support coworkers and work as part of a team.
• Daily cleaning of work area and tools.
• Wear all required PPE.
