The Opportunity

• Wage Rate: $23.49/hour
• Second & Third Shift Bonus: Extra $1.00/hour
• Retention Program:
  • $300 after 90 days
  • $1,000 bonus after 9 months

Your Duties

• Operate machinery including Forklifts, Payloader, and Lot Truck proficiently.
• Gain expertise in mill equipment controls and operations.
• Detect and troubleshoot machinery anomalies.
• Oversee Baghouse equipment efficiency.
• Manage all material transfers responsibly.
