Job summary

The Material Sorter at Gel Recycling in Orange City, FL is a full-time role supporting daily operations. You will sort materials from conveyors, assist machine operators, keep the area clean, and help ensure efficient processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Garbage/recycling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sort recycling materials from conveyor belts or processing equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with machine operators to support processing of materials.
• Maintain basic records of material movements and activities.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE as required.
• Communicate with supervisors and colleagues about issues or concerns.
