Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related hands-on experience in a warehouse, recycling, or similar setting.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting and standing long hours.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/scanning systems.
• Dependable, organized, and ready to take responsibility for tasks.
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays when Community Events occur.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Events, directing a small team at electronics recycling events.
• Coordinate event setup, execution, collection, and breakdown.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for community members dropping off electronics.
• Ensure equipment is handled securely, safely, and per procedures.
• Lead daily recycling operations and support team members on the floor.
• Record equipment in the inventory system using scanning devices and weigh/label scrap materials.
