Leadpoint is seeking General Laborers for our C&D Facility in Appleton, WI. This hands-on role involves working with recyclable materials and requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to follow directions during the shift.

No prior recycling experience is required, and the position offers a full-time schedule with overtime potential. Expect a 6:30am–3:30pm shift (some Saturdays) and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and work the full shift.
