• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• 3-5 years of progressive management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Metro Recycling Facility (MRF) and staff.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance with all SOPs and EMS practices.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training; schedule staff to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate logistics for shipping and selling recyclable materials and maintains vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement policies for equipment replacement and capital projects.
• Support EHS training and incident response planning in coordination with EHS teams.
