You will operate baling equipment, reclaim materials, and support quality and waste-handling standards while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs during shifts.
• Able to perform repetitive motions and stand in a production setting.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety-first: follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate baling equipment to bale cardboard, plastic, shrink wrap and other materials.
• Reclaim products and materials per established procedures and support quality standards.
• Provide production support in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation throughout the shift and report needs.
