Best Buy in Richfield, MN is seeking a Recycling and Waste Minimization Associate Manager to oversee programs across retail and supply chain, turning data into insights and improving vendor performance.

Job description

As the Recycling And Waste Minimization Associate Manager, you will help run Best Buy's recycling and waste minimization programs across retail and supply chain operations. You will turn financial and operational data into clear insights, improve vendor performance and support compliant recycling practices. If you enjoy solving problems, working across teams and using data to make programs more effective, this role offers broad visibility and meaningful impact.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

• 2 years of experience in environmental compliance or a related field.
• 2 years Financial modeling and forecasting.
