Western Midstream is seeking an entry-level Recycle Operator to support daily operation of water recycling systems in Carlsbad, NM. You will monitor processes, perform inspections, and assist with basic maintenance under supervision, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

• This position utilizes a 7 on, 7 schedule that could require working overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• WES reserves the right to change employee’s schedule if it is required by operations.
• Candidate must live within 75 miles of Carlsbad, NM

Physical Requirements

• Able to perform the essential functions of the position, including safely lifting and moving equipment, climbing stairs, working around industrial equipment, and working outdoors in changing weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
