Job summary

Western Midstream is seeking an entry-level Recycle Operator to assist in daily operation of water recycling systems in Carlsbad, NM. You will monitor processes, perform inspections, and support routine maintenance under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with 0–2 years’ related experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Work Schedule
  • This position utilizes a 7 on 7 schedule that could require working overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • WES reserves the right to change employee’s schedule if it is required by operations.
  • Candidate must live within 75 miles of Carlsbad, NM.
