Training and certification are provided, and you’ll contribute to environmental impact and the company’s mission. A successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team spirit required.

Responsibilities

• Operate balers and sort recyclable materials.
• Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Support product reclamation and team operations.
