Job summary

Whole Person Care Clinic (WPCC) seeks an Operations Manager to lead the recuperative care program at our Sacramento site. You will supervise staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability.

You will collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to deliver client-centered care, develop program goals, and coordinate with community partners to enhance outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4–6 years in healthcare, shelter operations, or human services program management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the recuperative care program and ensure day-to-day activities align with WPCC goals and policies.
• Oversee site operations, staffing, logistics, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards and funding requirements.
• Recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance feedback, and staff scheduling to meet program needs.
• Coordinate client-centered services, recovery plans, and continuity of care across teams and partners.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, reporting, audits, and corrective actions to close gaps.
• Engage with hospitals, shelters, and community partners; communicate updates and manage stakeholder relationships.
