The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a Recruitment Systems Analyst -Recruitment Marketing.We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Systems Specialist to lead strategic efforts around ATS optimization, candidate marketing, and CRM engagement. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for our applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management tools. This role is responsible for leveraging data, technology, and content strategies to enhance talent pipelines, drive candidate engagement, and improve hiring outcomes across the organization. This role will focus on recruitment and HR systems support and process improvement strategies as the organization grows. This role will support Corporate and field users within the HR community. This role also maintains and enhances the company’s Recruitment and HR technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and develop recruitment campaign strategies based on candidate data within the ATS and CRM for targeted talent campaigns.
  • Design and execute strategic candidate marketing initiatives using CRM tools, email campaigns, SMS, and other digital engagement tactics.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, and Marketing to create compelling candidate journeys across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign results and candidate behavior to improve outreach strategies and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Train and support recruiters and HR partners on ATS/CRM best practices and new features.
  • Stay current on recruitment technology trends and make recommendations to elevate our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Integrated – Candidate Experience tools. – Front End Career Sites, HR Recruitment integrated tools, referencing, CRM, Communication Tools – ATS – Email/Text Engagement
  • Knowledge of job feeds, XML through career sites to job boards. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google Jobs, LinkedIn and future based job feeds TBD.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple key stakeholders
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with other Corporate HR Operations team members and vendors and IT to implement enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

2 Years of Technical School or an Associates Degree is required with 3-5 years' experience working within an HR Systems or Recruitment Systems Operations role.

  • Administer support, training and education of HR and recruitment technology and recruitment process improvement.
  • Partners with Corporate HR Operations to identify areas for recruitment improvement.
  • Assists in the management of vendor relationships.
  • Maintains organization of and access to all Recruitment operations documentation
  • Recruitment Systems and or HRIS/ERP - HCM workflow knowledge required. Specific knowledge of developing jobs preferred
  • Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Well organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Incumbent should be confident to work independently but also be a strong team player
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to HRIS experience, with Infor Lawson, Workday or other similar HR/Recruitment systems
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS - and iCIMS suite products, Workday HCM, ERP huge plus!
