Role Description

The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Wellford, SC. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through hiring decisions. The Recruitment Specialist partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create job postings, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Daily activities include maintaining talent pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics, supporting onboarding and training coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves collaborating with HR and leadership to support workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate qualifications objectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting training and onboarding activities for new team members.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment technologies (ATS, job boards, professional networks).
• Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or renewable energy environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
