Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Recruiting Specialist to support our aviation and cargo-handling client. You will maintain confidentiality, manage time efficiently, and travel regionally as needed to support recruiting efforts.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, fluent English, and the ability to work some weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment, while upholding professional communication and organization.

Qualifications

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for...

• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

What you already have...

• One to three years previous Recruiting experience preferably in aviation and cargo handling for hourly roles. Independent judgment and decision-making skills required
• Must be able to work some weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
• Apply aerospace industry experience when applicable; industry experience is preferred but not required.
