Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates across multiple business units, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and maintaining hiring activity compliance. Ideal candidates will have significant recruiting experience, preferably in energy or nuclear sectors, along with a Bachelor's degree.

  • Ability to work effectively across Eastern and Central time zones.

Technical Recruiter | Allied Resources | Employment Consulting

We are is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate recruiting experience, preferably in the energy or nuclear industries, and be proficient in managing the candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Develop diverse slates of candidates and build strong pipelines to meet business hiring needs.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews and assessments, making recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Oversee candidate experience, including coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Maintain and track hiring activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Top Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (energy or nuclear industry experience preferred).
  • Corporate recruiting experience preferred (agency background considered).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field or Human Resources discipline.
  • Experience with ICIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively across Eastern and Central time zones.
