ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Trax Retail, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Recruitment Project Support Representative. If you are a competitive, people-oriented individual with excellent English skills, and you are looking for a role that offers professional stability, then this job is perfect for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution.
  • Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for store visits.
  • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers' questions.
  • Ensure a positive experience for representatives throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead and team members to meet staffing needs.
  • Maximize earned revenue against project contracts.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services and work cross-functionally for improvements.
  • Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, visual screening, sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in retail projects is a plus.
  • Inclusive collaborator who thrives in an inclusive company culture.
  • Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
