Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or workforce development.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Dynamics) and Microsoft 365; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates and refer to open roles across multiple industries.
• Partner with employers and Workforce1 teams to fill job orders quickly.
• Represent Workforce1 at events and career fairs across NYC.
• Meet referral and placement targets while ensuring data compliance.
• Engage with community based orgs to strengthen candidate pipelines.
