As theRecruitment Marketing Consultant, you will lead the Recruitment Marketing (RM) project and integrated campaign initiatives, owning the end-to-end success of talent attraction strategies that enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness. You'll serve as a strategic leader, collaborating with internal and external teams to identify opportunities, define business needs, and develop roadmaps that elevate brand awareness and attract top talent.
Leveraging applicant insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact campaigns that exceed performance goals. As a digital strategy subject matter expert, you'll explore innovative tactics to creatively and competitively engage and activate Achievers.
